How we Hire
In our hiring process, we focus on ensuring everyone has an equal opportunity and a positive experience. We take candidates through different stages, starting with assessments that match their skills to the role. We keep things clear and straightforward, so candidates know what to expect and receive feedback along the way.

interview
Step By Step
Let us walk you through the steps of your interview.

Screening call
This is the first step in our recruitment process, where a structured interview is conducted to assess your alignment with the role and our team culture. We’ll also provide an overview of our company’s values, mission, and work environment, and address any questions you may have.

Peer or technical interview
The peer or technical interview dives deeper into your expertise and suitability for the role through role-specific questions and tasks. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask questions about the team, the position, and our workflow.

Hiring manager interview
At this stage, you’ll have the opportunity to speak directly with the hiring manager to gain deeper insights into the role and the team’s daily operations. It’s an excellent opportunity to connect with your potential manager and clarify the expectations for the position or any further questions.

Final Interview
In the final interview, we’ll evaluate both your hard and soft skills, and present our product demo. This is also your key opportunity to ask the Final Interview panel any questions you have, for you to make a well-informed, final decision.

Offer
Upon successful completion of the final interview, our recruiter will send a written offer of employment via email, detailing the position, starting date, salary, and benefits. To accept, candidates must reply to the email with the signed offer and any additionally requested documents.

How to prepare for the interview
It’s important to include your most current experience, as an incomplete CV might not give the full picture of your skills and experience. Additionally, double-check for any errors or outdated information, to ensure a polished and professional presentation.
We know that you probably already saw it before when you applied, but we recommend to have one more good read, to understand the position better and see what we are looking for in a candidate, especially in the requirements section. This will help you prepare for possible questions as well.
Understanding the company and industry will help you get a better overview of the position and its challenges. How well prepared you are on the interview also demonstrates your interest and motivation.
The main purpose of the interview is to get to know you better and therefore, naturally, you can expect questions about your experience, skills or situations that you might have encountered in your career. How can you prepare for that? Be ready to introduce yourself in a structured and clear way, mentioning your experience and skills relevant for the position. Think about what is to the point, based on the job description which you applied for.
We like to remind our candidates that interviews go both ways and therefore it is also a great opportunity for you to ask anything you would like to know about the position or company. This will not only help you understand the role better, but also shows your curiosity and interest.
- Find a calm and peaceful place with a stable internet connection
-
Be aware of time during the interview, as interviewers have only the dedicated time which was scheduled in the calendar invitation, and over-running is not always possible
-
Relax & calm your mind, because we say a good interview should feel like a friendly dialogue (or try calming and breathing exercises before the interview)
We are all human beings and therefore we understand that anything can happen even on the interview. We want you to feel safe and therefore we want to share a “plan of action” for you, with a couple of unpredictable situations which can occur during the interview:
- Disconnected from call due to internet connection during interview
First of all keep calm and check your internet connection and try to reconnect back to the video call, as our interviewers will wait for you there. If you don’t manage to reconnect to your internet, look at the phone number of your recruiter and reach out to them via phone. They will help you to either finish the interview via phone or reschedule the interview.
- Your microphone or camera is not working
Check the settings of your camera or earphones and whether they are connected correctly. You can also notify the recruiter via chat that you will disconnect and try to reconnect to the video call again.
- After the interview you remember that you forgot to ask something important
This one is easy: Reach out to your recruiter via email asking the question which you wanted to ask.
